    3. OUR RESPONSE TO DMCA NOTICES

    3.1 Upon Receipt of Valid Notice:

  • Acknowledge receipt within 24-48 hours
  • Review the notice for completeness and validity
  • Remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material
  • Notify the user who posted the content
  • Provide the user with a copy of the DMCA notice
  • 3.2 Timeline:

  • Initial Response: 24-48 hours
  • Content Removal: Within 72 hours of valid notice
  • User Notification: Immediately upon content removal
  • 4. COUNTER-NOTIFICATION

    4.1 If You Believe Your Content Was Removed in Error:

    If you believe material you posted was removed due to a mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification.

    4.2 Required Information for Counter-Notification:

  • Your contact information (name, address, phone, email)
  • Identification of the removed material and its former location
  • A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification
  • Your consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court in your district
  • Your physical or electronic signature
  • 4.3 Submission:

    4.4 After Receiving Counter-Notification:

  • 5. REPEAT INFRINGER POLICY

    5.1 Account Termination:

  • Users who receive multiple valid DMCA notices will have their accounts terminated
