The Service, including its code, design, and branding, is owned by AestoraThe Aestora name, logo, and trademarks are proprietaryYou may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Service without permission5. SERVICE LEVEL AND AVAILABILITY
5.1 Service Provision:
We strive to provide reliable and uninterrupted serviceWe do not guarantee 100% uptime or error-free operationWe may schedule maintenance with advance notice when possibleWe reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue features5.2 Data Loss:
We implement regular backups and redundancy measuresWe are not responsible for data loss caused by: - User error or accidental deletion

- Force majeure events
- Security breaches beyond our reasonable control
6. MEMBERSHIP AND PAYMENTS
